Shipping policy
All orders are processed within Monday to Friday business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Parcel Missing, Delayed, or Damaged:
We partner with trusted courier services (Direct Freight, Australian Post or Aramex) to ensure the timely and secure delivery of your orders. Once the parcel leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the selected courier service.
We regret to inform you that we do not assume responsibility for any parcels that are missing, delayed, or damaged during transit by the courier. Issues related to the parcel's handling, delivery speed, or condition are subject to the courier's terms and conditions.
In the event of a missing, delayed, or damaged parcel, customers are advised to follow the claims process outlined by the courier company. We will provide necessary order details and support to facilitate this process but does not directly manage claims on behalf of customers.
Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses during the checkout process. Any additional charges incurred due to address inaccuracies or changes after dispatch will be the customer's responsibility. Please DO NOT provide PO box address.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
SpinGo offers click & collect and flat-rate Australia-wide delivery through our courier partners. Delivery is stated in business days, and orders that placed before 11 AM AEDT to be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the dispatch cut-off time will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed after cut off on Friday and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
Usually, your delivery will take 1 – 3 business days for same NSW, 3-6 business days for interstates, but sometimes it will take longer due to factors out of control.
The postage charge is $10AUD flat rate. Free shipping for orders over $100.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 23 Jacques st, Chatswood, NSW. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within Monday to Sunday. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-5pm on Monday to Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@spingo.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@spingo.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
